At Command Strength & Conditioning you'll receive attentive instruction in a group atmosphere. Our workouts, or W.O.D. (Workout of the Day) allows for modification based on athlete's level of proficiency, scaling weights/movements as needed. We instruct you on functional movement, offer nutritional advice and other wellness suggestions. We are committed to improving your fitness. Sign up today and let us help you change your life!
Starting with personal training gives athletes an opportunity to work with their coach to build a solid base level of fitness, as well as become familiar and comfortable with our movements. You will find the greatest success with personal training if your needs or goals include:
- weight loss and improved body composition
- structure and accountability
- you’re new to exercise
- sport-specific goals (triathlon, football, etc)
- orthopedic and/or health issues
Our coaches will customize a training program to fit the personal goals of any athlete. We will assess your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace. Following the training program, you may choose to join our group classes, or continue with personal training. For a free, initial consultation, feel free to contact us.
Group Classes - All Levels
Each class consists of mobility and dynamic warm ups, strength and skill sessions, and a conditioning workout. The atmosphere is fun and competitive every single day. Workouts are tailored to each individual's needs and abilities.
We believe in sound nutrition that works for you and with you. You can workout all you want, but if you aren’t fueling properly, you’ll seldom see results. Nutrition is the single most important factor in determining health and longevity. Contact us for more info.
Open Gym is a time for athletes to work on certain skills or homework that coaches assign. Almost every human movement will take time to develop, and athletes need extra practice to develop proficiency. Muscle ups, kipping pull ups, snatches, mobility, and handstands aren't learned overnight. Reservations are required for these time slots.
Remember quality over quantity. It’s not advised to do multiple workouts in a day.
Command Barbell Club
Strength is the foundation of fitness. The primary focus is on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean and jerk, and related lifts.
We'll incorporate strongman-style implements like the yoke, sleds, farmers’ handles, atlas stones, and much more. We’ll incorporate conditioning, but it’s meant to supplement our workouts and help build a base of strength for athletes who wish to improve their work capacity.

Our endurance program is designed to help you consistently become faster, go longer and get stronger. It is designed to increase your work capacity over time. When you put in the work, you can expect the following improvements:

Individualized Skill Sessions
This is for athletes who have hit a "sticking point" with certain movements. Whether that's hand stands, pull ups, snatch etc, our coaches can give video analysis and homework for athletes to master complex skills.
